Your health and fitness can have a significant impact on your ability to conceive. Moderate, regular exercise can burn excess fat, improve heart health, increase energy levels and boost fertility in various ways. Stress can also play a major part in affecting fertility. The endorphins and feel-good factor produced by a regular work-out can help to alleviate this whilst re-establishing hormone balance and fertility. Exercise can also help to restore your sleep patterns, allowing you to stay rested and in optimum health. When coupled with a healthy diet and good self care, exercise can stimulate fertility and may help you conceive.
